Personally, i think it will be self regulating. As the planet has more areas that become uninhabitable through climate change, the population will be killed off and therefore pollute less

Except the places which will become uninhabitable first are the ones wiphich cause the least pollution as it is, so really you’re just suggesting killing off half the planet for no reason. Good logic there.
