These pilots, especially the newly qualified spend years paying their training costs back through their wages, spend holidays, birthdays, christmases away from their families, endure yearly simulator tests and exams to ensure they are safe to fly etc etc...the company is turning massive profit now, thanks in part to its staff.of all levels so they should be recognised imo
