A lie . The "out of vehicle" gameplay is dated if you try to play it now, but we shouldn't forget that even though it's been released on everything, it's actually a late-era PS3 game. It also has a few missions that are frustrating trash... of course, not on the level of San Andreas' ****ing remote controlled plane mission. The overall game and characters are iconic though.
