And we have 5 lovely candidates who will all remain in the process till the end whereby 3 will be fired and 2 will take part in the final.

The tasks will be a mixture of individual challenges and team work.

Task 1. Individual Challenge. Please come up with a concept for the New John Lewis Christmas advert 2020 and pitch it to the judges. Be imaginative. Deadline is midnight on Tuesday. When you are ready please pm me your entry. Xx Good luck one and all.

Santa trying to come down the chimney but kids are pushing him back up the chimney dressed as little chimney sweeps..all because they love santa that much they want him to be safe from covid, and they do that and it cancel thier xmas in the process.

We can do yes Ammi. But we will all give individual comments to the 5 candidates. The social group will be more used for the final when we decide together who will be the final two and which 3 get fired
