I find it really worrying people can think so cruelly.
Always judging the poorest as the scrounging scavengers, never content with the scraps thrown to them.

While in reality the truth of what is filtered away by the so called deserving elite, will be glossed over and/ or dismissed.

I find it really sad and worrying there are unfortunately so many who still think that way.
Who'll race in to defend a government that is borrowing and squandering funds left, right and centre.
While also denying a meal scheme to be extended for only the school holiday periods.

What a mess this Country is really in with such cruel and heartless attitudes such as that.

I actually think this pandemic have shown a lot of people's true colours. On one hand there are the people who believe the government regardless of the hard heartedness and then there are the people who, in Tier 3, are facing financial ruin but are still helping families who are struggling.

Hopefully when all this is over the people will remember those who stopped children going hungry in these times.

...and that’s what it’s about, the children...society is so focused on looking at adults and judging adults and are those adults managing wisely with funding they have...could they do better...if they could do better but don’t manage to do better for whatever reason...?..and there isn’t enough sustenance for their children...we’ll just leave them and step back from them because society can only help people who are filled with wisdom in their money management...while all of this time and with all of these judgements etc...it’s the children who who are being deprived of...it’s the children who are being ‘punished’ because their parents couldn’t make their budgets meet... It’s so very easy to make other people’s budgets meet when they don’t have to be actually lived day after day and month after month and year after year etc...

...so many schools have policies of ...’...a child will not be excluded because of parent inability to pay...’...that’s generally applied to school visits and residential visits and after school activities etc so that children can rightfully all experience the same in their school lives or a part of their school life’s at primary school age...but there is a reluctance to fund a most basic thing like nourishment for a child and yet we’re teaching children that every child matters and that very exact wording and very principle is something that a conservative government has initiated and supported...(...well they haven’t and don’t support, that’s the whole thing...)....as in so many other things and other areas, children are just a slogan to them...a slogan that they can chant as they rest their comfortable heads on their comfortable pillows each night...They did a comfortable days work and applied a slogan with a comfortable sentiment...

...schools and school staff have always and do step up in providing breakfast clubs and school visit experiences through their own school and personal budgets...gaps which have never been addressed by the government because ‘others are doing’, so they were happy to allow others, they’re always happy to allow others...businesses and the public are now stepping up because of Marcus Rashford...because of him alone in his seeing a huge gap area...this will never be addressed while that’s happening also...business and the public will provide ‘while they can and are able to’..but that’s not change, is it../..it can only ever be a thing of the moment...only the government have the power to make changes and to give truth to their slogan and making every child feel as though they matter...

...one of the things about children is that they don’t make judgements in the same ways...a child would see another child without food or very little food and they would say...’would you like some of this’...they see and feel others so clearly...and they see their hero’s as well, they know who they are...hence so many child drawn pictures of Marcus Rashford under that hero heading...showing that success and luxurious lifestyle doesn’t bring detachment with it...those drawn pictures should be government members but they’re not...
