The Georgia counties still reporting only 80% of the total votes (the majority are reporting 98%) include Chatham, DeKalb, and Dougherty for Biden, and 5 counties for Trump. The big difference though is population and number of voters: 450,000 for Biden and under 100,000 for Trump
