What has Rashford done?

I know that asked he the government for a few quid, but that's not really got anything to do with sport, and I don't believe he succeeded in his quest? not sure though, I didn't follow up on it.

Hopefully they'll concentrate on the sport and leave the political awards for the political award ceremonies.
