what i find interesting is the way so many have been so brazen and public about what are federal crimes.With federal crimes, there is no negotiation, you serve the full sentence, and some of these people will go down for a long time

that, and where his focus also more should be is great communication between him and all state governors (something what Trump didn't do so well at)

main priority now should on bringing hospitalisation numbers down, new case numbers down

From various "Street interviews" of participants I think many of them simply don't know or understand what they've gotten into. Genuine confusion that the authorities turned against them, and a belief that their actions were what they were "supposed to be doing as patriots" so how could they be in trouble?

A mindset crafted for years by Trump et al, of course.
