I went for the second option (weed’s perfectly smokeable on its own) but in practice I do add tobacco when I’m down to my last bit and need to add something to make it last. But I could just as easily do that with other herbs in place of baccie so it is what it is. I don’t think I’ve ever felt the need to add baccie to a joint for actual effects.
