To me I felt like this week was really dull apart from Dan's performance, but here's my rankings.

2. AJ & Kai (+6) - A competent performance from AJ, I'm just not a huge fan of the Waltz personally.
3. John & Johannes (-1) - It was okay imo. John is clearly more of a Latin guy though so it'll be interesting to see what he does if he is still here next week.
4. Tilly & Nikita (+2) - It was better from Tilly imo, but a 40/40? That means the judges are saying that it's better than John's Paso, AJ's Charleston & Argentine Tango, and level with Rhys's Charleston, are they really sure about that? They might wanna have a rethink about that.
5. Rhys & Nancy (-4) - Definitely some synchronicity issues imo, I personally feel like it would've been much more up my alley if they could've fixed that problem imo.
6. Rose & Giovanni (-3) - I know that I'm in the minority on this one but I'm really sick and tired of Rose keep doing Disney-esque dances, and I just want a week where the Show treats Rose like a normal contestant, I asked of this from JJ last year and never got it, so if for some reason any of Strictly's production team are looking at posts on this Forum, please listen to me about my criticism towards Rose. She's gonna win anyway so why can't she have a non-Disney themed dance and have a whole VT, routine & judges comments that just comment on how she danced rather than on other aspects? Rose is a nice person and a decent dancer, but I am really resenting the fact that she's allowed to do the same dance over the last few weeks. I pulled up Ranvir last year for being repetitive so I'm gonna do the same to Rose.
7. Tom & Amy (-2) - No offence to Tom as he seems like a nice guy (and he had a great Paso imo) but again he does tend to just blend into the background which I can't stand when watching Talent Shows.

I like to stay consistent with my opinions on contestants so if anyone feels like I'm being unfair to any of the contestants then I'll definitely try to take it on board.

Tonight's interesting for me as I feel like I've got my favourite dance of the night, my runner-up dance of the night and who my bottom two dances were on the night, but my middle two are practically a draw with each other.

Anyway here's my rankings.

1. John & Johannes (+2) - A phenomenal dance from John, it should've been a 40 imo.
2. AJ & Kai (Non-Mover) - There were mistakes in the dance here or there, but overall I thought that she had a technically very advanced routine on the night that was very impressive for the most part imo.
3. Rose & Giovanni (+3) - Not her best dance, but I like the fact that she tried to give a different vibe to one of her dances for a change. Strange Music for the Paso though.
4. Rhys & Nancy (+1) - Again like with Rose I commend him for trying to do something different, but it was only an okay dance for me personally, him and Rose had different problems and strengths in their dances that held them back for me this week.
5. Dan & Nadiya (-4) - It was better than I was expecting from a Dan meets Rumba dance, but he is definitely behind most of the pack at this stage of the competition imo.
6. Tilly & Nikita (-2) - Sadly this dance didn't work for me. In fact I was cringing so hard at certain points of the dance, that I couldn't even look at the screen properly. If she does go through this week then hopefully she'll do better next week.

1. Rhys & Nancy (+3) - Personally I don't think that it was a 39 dance, but it was a good effort from Rhys, and it was good to see him push himself.
2. John & Johannes (-1) - Besides the mistake I thought that the dance was fun. A 32 was a really harsh score imo, especially compared to a couple of the other dances on the night.
3. AJ & Kai (-1) - In fairness the dance was a bit messy in parts (even away from the obvious mistake) but bottom of the leaderboard! Really?!
4. Dan & Nadiya (Non-Mover) - He clearly got overscored tonight, to say that he was near John and better than AJ on a technical level is just absurd from the judges.
5. Rose & Giovanni (-2) - Technically she weren't the worst, but she played it far too safe imo (apart from one move) it was basically like all of her other slow schmaltzy ballroom dances imo. I feel like the judges give her bonus points just for turning up.

4. John & Johannes (-2) - I normally like John's dances and normally defend him on here, but to me I couldn't get around the Coldplay Music being in a Jive. I know that it's a stupid reason to dislike a dance, but it took my attention away from his performance which is a bad thing to have happen imo.

Rose has had plenty of strong dances.
The tango, Viennese waltz, foxtrot, couples choice and now the AT to name a few.
I think she's a star and she'll always have my vote.

Fair enough.

I personally feel like her Tango has to be one of the most overscored dances of the series away from Sara's catalogue.

I liked John's Jive however the song did detract attention from it.
I liked the song but not as a Jive track.

Yeah I felt like John danced it well enough, but we both agree that Music does elevate a performance, if the song is flat out bad or like tonight for John where the song is decent but isn't suitable for the dance it can kinda nuke the performance.

Imo Rose’s argentine tango was the only dance worthy of 4 tens tonight. The judges are 10 crazy this season, 10’s should be reserved for outstanding performances only and they have been throwing them around like confetti.

I was rather disappointed with my second fav John's dances. I was expecting an amazing couples choice but it didn't wow me at all. AJ is placed 2nd for me tonight, loved her rumba.

I agree, the judges are supposed to be harsh on the contestants yet 10's are being handed out like they're candy.

The music was to me horrendous, like something from a horror movie.
