A 6 year old boy fought for his life after choking on a ‘abnormally large sausage’ whilst he was tucking into his school dinner

A helicopter had to land in the school playground as the nearest ambulance was ‘40 mins away’

The boy, who had ‘turned blue’ and whose eyes had ‘rolled back into his head’ required life saving CPR, and when this failed, a DEFIB had to be brought in

Luckily paramedics managed to dislodge the porky sausage and Ellis was saved

Little Elis spent the night in hospital and has now raised nearly £2000, but is £5 off. ‘Come on, it’s the cost of a pack of sausages’ it was joked, in a bid to get people to donate.
