Couple of important details you've missed.
Trump was automatically removed as president as Biden was sworn in, so whatever he did or said around that issue was completely irrelevant, including being an accessory by handing over power.
Trumps evidence was rejected by judge after judge, many of them appointed by him, including the supreme court.
