Tbf to her Carol Vorderman looks amazing for her age even if different to how she once looked. Good plastic surgery.

Zac Efron on the other hand has completely deformed his mouth and is using the excuse of jaw repair surgery after an accident. Thing is though, he said he'd had the surgery in an interview *before* having whatever it was that has altered his face, so it's not jaw surgery at all. Botched fillers or implants or something like that. He didn't need anything done whatsoever, it's crazy.

He was probably insecure about himself in many different ways, and he used Plastic Surgery to feel better about himself.

That's my guess anyway.

God I remember all of the girls in my class loving Zac Efron after he did High School Musical.
