Gordon has already done this in USA A great clip was shown on Ch4HD Sunday Brunch 1hr into their show. This a Very Clever 3 Levels of cooks The top level have all the best gear. The bottom level has no gear The Clip showed a Table moving up a Firmans poll, fast and the chefs not getting their plates with food on it in time.
