Selfish of Charlie and Camilla to purposefully planning it to fall on Archie’s birthday, knowing Harry would have to choose and look bad publicly with either scenario, he really is a terrible father

You wouldn’t call choosing to make your grandsons birthday all about you and your ego, selfish and arrogant? How odd

Remembering Kerry
|
Sadly it's now possible all the questioning could be about why Meghan and the children aren't there
Which may detract from the actual reason of the day. Everything it seems is now on both sides, although absolutely King Charles has had them ALL invited. However it seems the division is only going to build and never get really sorted. It is fitting that Harry will be there but I do think it's now a bit clearer , to me anyhow, the person the issue is with is probably Camilla. There are likely a few issues across the board but I think the big issues may well be with Camilla, Harry and Meghan For me personally, liking the monarchy and I wouldn't want a republic in the UK. I think it a mistake to have Camilla crowned Queen. Even the late Queen only stated she wanted her to be Queen consort. I don't think her wishes should have been altered. After all Charles seemed really happy with just that. With ALL the past history re Diana and her tragic death. I was sort of shocked really to see that change on the official invitation. I think it a bad decision after King Charles making a strong start. Unfortunately. If I had been Harry however, with all the mess his head seems in at present. I would have politely declined the invite and stayed with whoever I was with at home. That would have been the best thing to do Even moreso if he feels hostility to Camilla. Who I think is more likely the person he and his wife feel the most disdain for probably. |

I didn't realise it falls on Archie's birthday. Harry might aswell have stayed home, it all feels forced as there's clearly resentment.

They are not going to reconcile, the best they can hope for is that everyone now settles down and keep family interactions private.

I also believe that as a couple they would have got a bad reception…I think people held back when they were here for the Funeral as a mark of respect for the Queen. Who knows how Harry will be greeted but as he is viewed as the puppet in the relationship, he might get off lightly…

Great news that Meghan isn’t coming…
there was a time when they just HAD to be glued to each other come hell or high water with their sickening ‘greatest love ever above mere mortals’ display. Hmmm....The Royal family must be delighted. Harry will be in and out of the country in record time too - more good news!

I’d say your imagined narrative that they are obsessed with attention seems to be disappearing.

Thank god Archie gets to spend his birthday at home with mummy instead of being dragged to a sham event for a grandparent that has made zero effort since he was born.

On the other hand it’s quite sad that he won’t be sharing it with his cousins/aunties and uncles because of all the damage his own parents have caused… Archie’s birthday is a convenient excuse…otherwise it would have been a straight yes/no from the start. We all know why Megs ain’t coming
