Police in Windsor, Ontario have located the suspect in an alleged sexual assault case that took place in a women’s shelter on April 4.

On April 18, Windsor Police put out a call to the public for information regarding a suspect after a female victim reported that she had been sexually assaulted while staying at a Windsor women’s shelter.

I'm sorry Oliver but I won't be calling this person a she , if you commit a crime especially sexual assault against a woman ... it's pretty insulting towards the victim to still call the predator 'she/ her' .

This person is as much a woman as any other transwoman, and I'm not the judge and judy as to who is really trans and who isn't.

If you was a woman and you were assaulted by a 'trans' 'woman ', wouldn't you find it insulting that they'd be considered the same biologically as you ?? when you've just been abused by them !?.

For starters this person is physically stronger than their victim. And has different organs !. Once you've committed rape ,I'm not respecting pronouns .

Women probably get assaulted by men more than 100 times over a day so it makes no difference to me if it's a man, or another man thinking hes a woman who does the assaulting.

I wonder if this was the uk wether he would put on the sex register like a normal bloke would for this crime.

That's not what people are saying, but if you commit something as serious as rape / assault .....why should I still respect that person's pronouns??. Especially when it's clear alot of these predators are finding convenient loopholes to get to their victims, how many of them are genuinely trans !?.

Looks like these things have to happen, its just tough luck if it happens to you as long as the numbers are low

If men pretending to be women were denied access to female only spaces this wouldn't be happening at all and wouldn't that be better all round
