It's Like I'm Burnt Out

This is a special All-Stars edition of TiBB Music Festival. This means that non-winning songs from the past editions will be returning to compete.
This means that you will have to go look on the Wiki pages for the old songs after you've chosen your countries. The semi-finals and the second chance round last seen in the 7th edition are returning as well; as the selection rules of 1 up to 10 countries have returned. Due to the War in Ukraine, Belarus and Russia cannot be chosen for the foreseeable future.
