So sad.
It’s something that has been discussed between hubby and I, a lovely insulin induced coma is our way out. You wouldn’t see a loved pet suffer so why on earth do we have to watch family go through it all? |

Yes I agree, everyone is happy to give a dog a quick, peaceful and dignified death if they don't have long to live but we won't allow it for a human ... for some reason, human death has to be a painful clutching at those last few breaths that's traumatic for everyone involved.

Hmmm as BOTS said there are places to have this done legally.
As tragic as this is...I would never ask my husband to do that because if not losing me was enough to have to deal with, to then have to go through the ordeal of having to prove he killed me for the right reasons...face prison etc would be a cruel thing to do to someone you love... |
