Default Have you ever been black-listed from a bank before?

It’s a bit of a grim topic but if it can happen to Nigel Farrage it can happen to the best of us in the general population, so y’know.

No but I can't see how it would affect the gen pop as unless they ask how would they know what your politics are...unless you have a DD to Too Far Right Monthly like LT?

Banks will soon find themselves out of business if they start blacklisting on political opinions.....Wickes is another one.....dont mix politics with business it doesn't work as you will alienate a portion of the population which every way you lean

Imagine if banks start discriminating on religious grounds

There are all sorts of things that can get you kicked out from one particular bank, trust me. It affects an awful lot of people.
It used to be the case that a blacklist would last 13 months but now it tends to be 6 years. You can still use other banks during that period of time, just not that particular one which threw you out.

Never been blacklisted.

Business has always held political views, the difference these days is that they are doing it to virtue signal. However, they only do that because they think it will benefit them profit wise. Soon, shareholders will be saying wtf are you doing, and it will resolve itself

Doing Bitcoin-lite stuff can get you kicked out. Barclays in particular won’t stand for it.
