It’s so strange how perceptions differ! Like Trish I felt Olivia’s apology was sincere, and showed that she does have the capacity and willingness to self-assess, and adjust her own opinions once she has thought things through. Personally, i felt that, despite her flaws, Olivia was being genuine in what she said in that conversation.
