Default Beverley Callard under investigation
Beverley Callard is under investigation from HMRC after her acting firm allegedly failed to settle a £100,000 tax bill.

The soap star is renowned for her role as Liz McDonald on the Cobbles from 1989 - 2020. The 67-year-old set up acting company, JMBJ Limited, after she stepped away from the show.

What kind of money is she making to owe £100,000 tax.

I thought someone like her would have been on the minimum wage.

It's not the first time she's had financial troubles either. She was bankrupt before due to a tax bill.

…so she/her company has gone into liquidation….?…sad/unfortunate times for her…I don’t really know her, I don’t follow Coronation Street…I wish her well, though/a difficult time for her…
