EastEnders is the best it’s been since at least 2010 so I have to disagree with the notion of all soaps being awful now.

But I really, really doubt Lauren’s actually dead. I like Swain well enough as a character but how are you gonna charge an innocent, vulnerable man with murder when there’s no definitive evidence that the girl’s actually dead?
