That makes it even worse that it possibly could have been avoided, I mean the fact he was already carrying a knife when he was younger....speaks volumes.

I'm reminded of when we hear about these terrorists being on ' watch lists ' , yet it's supposedly still a ' shock ' when they go and blow up hundreds of people . Surely before it even gets to that stage...they could avoid all those murders ! .
