Maybe a bit silly, I will concede to that, but the police saw the day before what they were up against and didnt seem to bolster their defences at all at rotherham, nor bolton either as at rotherham they allowed all that vandalism to happen, and at bolton they failed to keep the 2 sides apart.

Were they perhaps doing it deliberately so they can be seen to have people they can clamp down on?
