He's just a figurehead fortunately, "a visionary" I'm sure he'd term it himself. He's not the man doing any of the maths, design or engineering. Just gets a heck of a lot of credit and a HECK of a lot of $$$ on other people's brainpower.
Don't get me wrong I doubt he's "dumb", you don't become a billionaire by accident, but he's not a genius-level
scientist by any measure.
