As I said before its not worth reporting...any comment on why Ricky Jones is out on bail while others are in jail......and its nothing to do with pleading not guilty btw

Part of the answer is in your question. Rioters and riots will always be treated differently than individuals. If we had a lawyer on the forum, then they could confirm this, but unfortunately we don't.

But like I've said, many pleading not guilty have already been fast tracked and jailed...

I can 100 percent say, none of them have plead not guilty, then been remanded, then been released on bail till after Christmas...not one of them...until left wing ricky comes along.
