Hypothetically speaking. Especially as it's a double. Say voting stands as follows:

Lily - 99
Ali - 99
BP -100
Emma - 101
Khaled - 101

Then you vote 3 for Lily and 2 for BP

That changes everything...

Lily - 102
Ali - 99
BP -102
Emma - 101
Khaled - 101

Only way I can best explain. It's not just effectively 1 vote it's about numbers. I normally use all 5 votes on one HM but a double is somewhat different.
