Sounds like a very dangerous man. I fear for any young girls about when he's about.
I read once a flasher is one step away from being a rapist. The monster should be locked up as a precaution. But the UK doesn't do that. These sex fiends have to molest children before anything is done and even then the courts just give a slap on the wrist. |
