Yeah i would have no issue with people hating on this bar because of where it comes from...A country where homosexuality is illegal and punishable in all kinds of inhumane ways.

Not even a member of the of the LGBT community, shock horror, straight, and worse still white, but it's of my opinion that we ALL have the right to love, and be loved, no matter gender and sexuality.

So yeah, hate away on this overpriced and most probably overrated chocolate bar.

Yeah, that was ridiculous. There were kids selling it for £10 at school - the school had to ban it as they were all fighting over it

So what is about it about this chocolate that you don’t like, minus the fact that it might be a bit overpriced?

Tried an artisan version of this - it was nice enough, but put simply, pistachio doesn't have a strong enough flavour to actually alter the overall flavour (the way that classic nut-chocolate combos do, i.e. peanut or hazelnut).

It just tasted like good quality chocolate with a "generic soft" filling that could have been pretty much anything. It didn't taste like pistachio. And a solid bar of the chocolate would probably have been nicer.

it all boils down to what people will pay for something. Once they have bought it, it's difficult to get an objective assessment one way or another.

What this all highlights is that people really aren't much different from sheep

In this case it's more paying to be part of a "viral social event" not what the item itself is objectively worth - so it's hard to "put a price on" really. I think we paid about £12 for a chonky hand-made bar. Was it objectively worth £12 as a chocolate bar - no, half that maybe but I don't "regret" spending £12 because it was all over TikTok and thus a bit of entertainment.

I mean... I spent £10 on a few bottles of "Prime" (the Logan Paul or whatever drink) for us to try when that was going viral and it was flat-out disgusting but I still don't regret the purchase . Other than putting money in their grubby pockets...

Not a big chocolate lover to be honest. So I wouldn't buy it.

…I noticed it when I went into Waitrose yesterday, it doesn’t look any more appealing in real life than it does in the pics…there was lots of stocks anyway so I’m not sure there feels like a rush to buy it to merit a limit on purchase…
