Any time
I am on a Vista laptop Start - All Programmes - Windows Movie Maker In Windows Movie Maker on Vista, go to Tools - Narrate Timeline Press start to start talking, stop to finish, then it will ask to save the file somewhere. Close then take you back to the collection in Windows Movie Maker where the sound file is now imported. If you do other files you can add them or you can chop bits out. I have attached a sound file done using Windows Movie maker Enjoy ![]() |
