Midwives don't talk to children in the womb..so we can agree to erase that one. Teachers don't parent, they teach. Or should do..they ain't allowed to belt kids now, cause that isn't in the job description. A teacher had no clue to the parenting of a child amd shouldnt be getting involved in anything. Unless perhaps the child has psychological trauma symptoms. That's when they pick up the phone to the child psychologist who hopefully has went through enough training that makes them independent to social services.
