She does. A few scandals in her personal life to boot but I don’t mind her. Didn’t mind her character in Corrie (Michelle), didn’t mind her latest role in Waterloo Road. But, again, some people would find leverage against Kym out of an ice-cream cone. Some people just hate for the sake of hating.

A lot of misplaced dislike for people often is. The irony is that a lot of these people, if they were fellow-celebrities, wouldn’t be able to take it back in the way they dish it out continuously and circle her. It’s only okay when they’re making the digs, in their eyes. Otherwise you’re a two-faced hypocrite, apparently.

I agree with you on both points.

I personally am always suspicious of people that try to pass themselves off as perfect.

Yeah, not one person in this world is perfect. I know that we prefer only the positive sides of ourselves to be seen in-general (and sometimes there is actually a deeper reason to that, like heightened self-consciousness) but I don’t think anyone’s 100% angelic, otherwise we’d be in heaven. So far as you’re an earthly mortal, there will be a darker side to you. As well as a good side, and of-course people will often veer far more in one direction than the other. Kate was saying as much on the thread I separately set aside from this discussion, and I know it’s coming from a place of lived, discerning experience an.-all. I really respect that.
