Why does someone having child make them immune to serving a certain jail sentence for committing a crime and admitting to it?

For the charges she pleaded guilty to carry a minimum sentence of 3 years. She got the shortest sentence she possibly could.

That's not how it happened..if she hadn't pled guilty she would have got 4.5 years...she pled guilty, bit the judge still started h8s sentencing at 4.5 years, then reduced for the guilty plea to 3.

He could have started at 3, then reduced for the guilty plea.

IF found guilty. Any decent lawyer would have been able to get her off on a jury trial.

Not under starmers commands they wouldn't..100 percent she would still be in jail if she had pled not guilty..probably at this moment in time just starting a legnthy sentence after spending months on remand awaiting trial.

She speaks about all this during the interview

Tbh it should have been a suspended sentence.

No way was what she did bad enough to warrant jail time.

Yes I agree. She did not deserve to go to jail. I hope she uses and wins.
