Yes, the Jews don't have a history of being hated..........

I never said they don’t but the UK has seen for a long while a lot of people have issues with Muslims for just being Muslims due to the long ongoing immigration issues/terrorist attacks over the years.

It’s not me saying I don’t also feel sorry for Jewish/Christians (and I’m unsure why Cherie felt the need to respond with that response that she did - it’s not a who should I feel sorry for more contest, it was literally just me saying I feel for most Muslims who have no part in ISIS/Gaza as the story was about ISIS not me saying I don’t feel sorry for anyone else).

…it’s not really about which religion or people are hated most, they’re all hated equally by Isis because that’s what the group is and generally what terrorism is…it’s hate, indiscriminate and absolute hate…and Christians/Jews/Muslims are all victims of that hate…

Of course they are getting hate regarding the current situation (poor wording in my response to you on my part ), but in this country Muslims have a history of being hated on just for being Muslim.
Not to mention, anyone brown who thick idiots assume is a Muslim - see last years protests when random British-born residents were attacked because people assumed they were migrants.

I feel sorry for the Jewish people, too because they're also victims of discrimination of religious-fuelled hate... but also people should be able to say 'I feel sorry for Muslim people' without it becoming a religion-oppression Olympics. You can feel sorrow for multiple groups of people under persecution at one time.

_____

Sorry but nobody really hates on Christians, nowhere near the same scale in any way shape or form.

Really?

You talk about brown people hated for being Muslim, then change It to being immigrants in the same sentence. British people don't want people dead, they just want illigal immigrants gone, or dealt with accordingly for breaking the law.

Whereas isis and lots of foreign living muslims want Christians dead, along side the jews..well alongside anyone not muslim really, and if they cant find any of them to kill they will start killing fellow Muslims who are the wrong sect to them.

So I would say your argument that Muslims are in more danger is only true when it involves other Muslims.

It was a different example of the same logic being used to equate someone who is brown = a certain demographic.

If you want to think that that's fine.

I might have overreacted, Ben. Probably because I hear all the time how tough Muslims have it while they're still landing here in this despicable, Islamaphobic country in their hundreds of thousands every year. The majority live in their own communities so really couldn't give a toss about what people think. British Jews are questioned all the time about what we think about Israel, we're insulted and attacked for it, while Muslims cannot be questioned about terrorism, grooming gangs, FGM, women's rights etc or they'll claim it's racist.

But the way things are going, and if things don't change, in 50 years or so, Muslims will be the majority in this country and the ISIS flag probably will fly over the Houses of Parliament just like ISIS predicted.

I responded the way I did because of how you posted Threat level to Jews and Christians raised, but your reaction was to feel sorry for Muslims, seemed a bit out of step tbh
