…I do think that they probably had to do/say something and acknowledge it all…but I’m not sure a warning was correct, that seems a bit one size fits all and this particular incident didn’t escalate and was resolved well…so asking them both to come into the DR and just establishing that all was ok etc and that George fully understood the offensiveness would have been a better plan…
