Hi, i've got some sort of problem. My old PC is being sold, so we unplugged the internet (for some reason). But there are some old pics and video's of my family on it that i would like to keep.
I've heard of some website that can allow you to access your PC in your home through your laptop. I was just wondering if anyone knew how i could...it's really important....because it's being sold soon.... help...please ![]() |

Well, if you've unplugged the internet, that website won't work
![]() My advice would be to get an external memory source, such as a flash drive, external hard drive, CD, DVD etc., insert it into your PC, and copy all the files you want to keep on to it. Once you're sure that everything you want is safely copied on to it, delete all the files from your PC. You can then copy the files to your laptop from your memory source. Hope that works for you ![]() |

There's a way you can network them both, but it will cost money to get the things.
Could you not email the things to yourself if there is only a few? If there's a lot, get a cheap external HD. |
