She's better off without the house as well - nothing ever seems to be good enough for her and she's always moaning. Maybe she should go back to her perfect life (if that's what it is), as I see no reason why she should complain - she too is a part of the team. I reckon she'd prefer to leave.

Also, the longer she stays, it won't do her much good at all for her personality - people will keep going off her, I think.
