I don't agree with the Ofcom complaint but if you can't see that Rex is a bully then you need to take off the dark glasses and remove your earplugs.....Rex is a disgrace.....He glories in other peoples upset......Bully boy byond doubt absolutely byond doubt.,...Smell the coffee.....

This thread is about him being a bully with regards to Rachel not anyone else, And IN MY OPINION!!! (Do you know what one of those is???) He didn't bully her at all. He was expressing himself and saying what he thought, Seems like some people on this forum think freedom of speech is reason to brand someone a bully.
