The housemates have just been set a new task. They are to be given a plain white T-Shirt each and they are to decorate it with a design that 'reflects their personality, style and tastes'. Their prize is a 'Big Brother Festival' with food, beer and music in the garden.

A task that might move some of them over to the rich side would have been better, but at least they will have something to do.

I'm glad BB have given them another task as it will help to take their minds off their situation a little.

It will be nice to have music again in the house, tonight. I do feel that the lack of music this year has been one of the major causes of the housemates' boredom.

I keep thinking of all their happy faces when they sang "welcome to our house" when Tim arrived. I would rather see happy faces than sad ones any day.

But seriously, if there were a greater proportion of male (straight male?) viewers, Kate would be a favourite to win. Not just her looks, which as I have said before should not be decisive, but because she comes across as a real man's woman, likes footy, likes a laugh and even if you've no chance of romance would be good company.

If, as seems likely, Jade and Adele do go over the next couple of weeks, being surrounded by men would not faze Kate, I think she would be well able to deal with it!

I like Kate too but its the fact that more women vote on BB than men so she won't win.Thats why Alex is popular the ideal man all in touch with his feminine side- at least in make believe he would annoy women in real life for being too wet.
