I am wary of any further voting incase this is true.

I sent an e-mail to a computer friend of mine and his response was

It sounds plausible, and even, to some degree, a good idea. Because BB is technically a game show with a large prize in the end, the producers are legally obliged to take all possible measures against cheating and vote-rigging. They wouldn't publicise this, of course, as it would stop lunatics who sit pressing "redial" and paying for their weekend breaks in the Carribean...

This means, of course, that people like me who are ex-directory and dont release their caller ID would never have their votes counted. Frankly, I don't care... :P

I must point out my friend hates all reality TV programmes.

I E-mailed one of the Big Brother e-mail addresses and none has replied.
