how can you say you dont condone,when you say he was a top hm?
being a top hm consist of bullying does it.?well i hope doesnt happen to you.
analogy:your work colleuge is good at his job yet hes a bully would you say he was a top colleuge and let him get away with it?
or report it and have him sacked,because thats what should have happened to him.
