You know ROB, why don't you phone into the studio to pass on those idea? I'm sure they'll be grateful. While you're at it you could suggest Helen does her facial at home in the bathroom with of course Paul filming. With a bit of luck the mirror will be in front of the sink and will capture some bathroom banter just like in the olden days.
As for that extra weeing. You never know - Helen might have to burst in on Paul while he's in the shower, or at least mid-shave which I'm assuming he does topless. I think it's important that any video diary captures the full essence of this inconvenient side effect of detox!
