Its monday morning and the phoneline for the doctors is jammed..... I need to make an appointment for my 11 month old but I cant get thro. Its so frustrating and time consuming.
There is no point in trying in 30 mins because all the appointments will have gone  So I have to keep the phone stuck to my ear and keep redialing
