... because if it's 1:00am, it'll be midnight..

or is it just midnight, not taking into account of clocks going back?

iTunes tend to be really slow with releasing music, so if your getting it from there then its best to wait untill the morning.

It's the first midnight, because Holly said it was 48 minutes at 11:12pm on Xtra factor
