I was just wondering why posting in capitals is against the rules. I can totally see why there are some certain rules in place on here, but posting in caps lock? It's not causing anyone no harm and sometimes people leave it on by accident. Yeah it may make the forum look messy (well in whoever made the rule's opinion) but it's not exactly going to stop people from posting on here if they see posts in capitals.

I guess, because if you are posting in capitals you are considered to be shouting, and since shouting can be considered as aggressive behavior there is a rule about it.

However, the rules made a long time before I was a mod, so you had better put your question to Mark since he is now the owner of the site and the person that drew up the rules.

Annoying, ugly, unneccersary(sp), untidy anddd its not proper grammar. At school or whatever in your work you wouldn't write in caps would you. Only where a capital letter is needed.
