Eogh no: Can Diana do better?

SINCE Saturday's revelation in The Sun that X Factor finalists Eoghan Quigg and Diana Vickers are a couple, MY Sun users have been giving their opinions on the couple's antics.

Many users cannot decide if the young songbirds are a perfect match or a perfect publicity stunt.

Our X Factor forum has become a battlefield as the cynics take on the romantics...

MY Sun user divababe was shocked by the news: "They are a couple?! What is it with that boy?

"Amy Winehouse was showering him with compliments the other day! Has he got some secret mojo that I just don't see?"

Serenityskatz is happy for the young lovebirds: "Diana and Eoghan are my two favourites, I hope one of them wins.

"So what if they take a fancy to each other, they are free agents."

Gael agrees: "They're attracted to each other, what's the big deal? It's certainly happened enough on reality shows."

He continues: "It's the same in the outside world. People who work together or are thrown together for some reason do get involved."

skylar is concerned by Eoghan's choice of partner: "Oh my god I don't believe that boy! He's not everybody's choice by a long way but he could do SO much better than that scarecrow."

sarah123, however, thinks he's hit the jackpot: "If he wasn't on telly he would never get a good looking girl. He looks like he is about 12!"

Some users are cynical of their relationship, believing it is a publicity stunt to help one - or both - of them stay in the competition.

louis2012 thinks Diana is only dating Eoghan because: "She knows he's going to win. In these shallow celeb-filled times, this makes her a clever girl."

"Neither of them are favourites. They're hoping this will get them some media attention," says texty.

ba1amory agrees: "I reckon it's a publicity stunt - keeps the public interested in them and it's in their own interest to make it look believable. Any exposure is good exposure!"

"Eoghan really doesn't seem to me to be Diana's type, but that's just my opinion," says Beanie65.

"However, this could be a plus to seal them both a place in the final... two lovebirds going head to head would make for much better ratings!"

Lmao at some of them comments, I don't think they are together, but even if they are so what? who died and made these people moaning about in charge of who dates who? Stupid comments like 'Diana is a carecrow' grow uop she is gorgeous! and 'Diana is only with Eoghan because she he's going to win' wft?!?! are some peope that thick? she ias fav to win, and probably will win, or at least come 2nd, plus she will get a contract anyway.
