It's recorded early as they have to clear the crowd by 10pm on any day other than Friday.
Every non-Friday post-10pm eviction you've seen since BB5 has been recorded, and even the standard evictions are now recorded 10-15 minutes ahead of transmission to clear the crowd by 11pm.
