[Wildcat!]

Basically, there was a pile up in front of him, that stopped traffic. And he came around and hit the cars that were stopped on the Highway. He probably wasnt paying 100% attention or that to happen. BUt from what I hear, the pile up happened way before, and authorities were at the scene. Plus it was bad weather. SO they shoulve put warnings on the interstate, miles ahead of that. I think his sentence is alright.
