Its his duty and responsibility to make sure that the passenger is belted, so its the driver who broke the law, why are people hell bent on shoving the whole blame on her (although she also was stupid not to wear it), why not the driver?

The driver didn't break the law. It's not his legal duty to ensure she's belted.

She's more than capable of making her own decision whether to wear her seatbelt or not. The driver shouldn't have to take responsibility for that.

And taxi drivers fulfil that law with the signs reminding passengers.

Now i think She must of have been wearing her seatbelt. It's not that far to hit your head of the head rest... and she cracked her ribs, which as far as i can see could only happen on the seatbelt. But that's only a theory! What do i know!? Lol

lol i always wer a seatbelt in the front, but the back is like 50/50 only if i know we are going on the motorway or somthing..

Or ive had a few drinks, but just travelling up to the shop and im in the back.. i somtimes wear a seatbelt somtimes dont.
