Ive tried a few diet pills in the past and tbh I can`t say wether its been the actual pill thats made me loose weight or the fact I followed a strict diet whilst I was taking them.However In both cases I found that when I stopped them I put the weight back on again
 .Saying that,Im still debating wether to try this one.
